We’re delighted to share that a block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at Normandy Farm Hotel, making it easy and convenient for you to stay close and celebrate with us Guests are welcome to book at any time, simply call the hotel or reserve online using your Group Attendee code. If you have any trouble booking online, please don’t hesitate to reach out. The hotel’s front desk will be glad to assist you, just call 215-616-8500 and select option 1. To ensure availability, we kindly encourage everyone to book their rooms early, and no later than May 22, 2026. 1. go to NormandyFarm.com 2. click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab) 3. under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu 4. click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter Group Attendee Code *this is where people get stuck, they miss the drop down and pay full price outside of the block rate* 5. click “Add” to move forward, roll to bottom of screen 6. click “Select & Go To Next Step” 7. Guests will then tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date 8. click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct 9. choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection 10. click "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details 11. enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation"
