If you're feeling really adventurous, eat some Ethiopian food! Have the Yebere Tibbs and order a side of cheese to go with it!
The cherry blossoms should be in full bloom at University of Washington's beautiful campus! Take a little jaunt through the Quad and Red Square and then hit University Ave for some good Asian food and bubble tea. Don't forget to take a look inside Suzzallo Library one of the U's claim to fame for stunning gothic architecture.
A quick walk from UW campus, the Ave or University Avenue is filled with some great restaurants and interesting people. :) Visit Thai Tom for some delicious Pad Thai or Cedars Restaurant for some good Indian fare.
If you're into brunch and insane waffle bars go no further. Portage Bay Cafe or bust.
