This hotel is the closest to the wedding venue, The Windmill Winery. How to Book? The easiest way for guests book a reservation is by calling the hotel directly at (520) 868-9900. Please remember to book sooner than later as they will be sold out on this wedding weekend. The hotel does offer a shuttle service that will depart the hotel at the top of the hour and every 20 minutes beginning 2 hours before the ceremony. This shuttle will be available throughout the wedding night and return the entire group back to the hotel safely at no charge. It will be very important that guests understand that the hotel has a very strict quiet time policy that runs from 11:00 pm-7:00 am each night. Thank you in advance for your respecting of the quiet time policy. Once the wedding cocktail hour is over, a shuttle driver will be more than happy to take all guests to the dinner location. For guests who wish to keep the festivities going, there is a local pub across the street, Irish Cowboy, located on Main Street. The hotel’s shuttle will pick guests up either on demand (call the hotel) or when the pub closes.
