Is there an RSVP deadline?

Answer

Early responses are always appreciated, but we would ask that all RSVPs are provided by no later than March 2022.

What time should we plan to arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM, so you can arrive at 4:45PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - tuxedos and gowns are preferred, but suits and formal maxi-dresses are also welcome. If you need a visual reference, feel free to take a look at the pictures at the top of the page :)

Are children welcome?

Answer

You know we love kids, but to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited celebration, we respectfully ask that no children attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please visit the travel section of our website. If you have a special request, please contact our wedding planner, Eliana (her contact details are in the Wedding Party section of the website).

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held in the patio area of the hotel which is outdoors, but the reception will be inside the hotel in an air-conditioned room.

What is the weather normally like in Cartagena in July?

Answer

As Cartagena is in the tropics, the weather is usually warm and relatively dry with an average temperature of 88ºF and average rainfall of ~1.7in for the month of July... Though our ceremony will be outside, don´t worry, the evenings tend to be a little cooler and some hand fans will be given at the ceremony for your comfort.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Most hotels we have recommend are close by the Charleston Hotel, but if you are staying further away, we would recommend that you refer to the Travel section of our website for any recommendations/questions.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know about this when you RSVPP (there should be a question requesting this) and we will make sure that your requests are accommodated.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We would love to have you join us for a beach day the day after the wedding, but it is not required that you attend.

Can I bring a "plus one"?

Answer

The wedding invitations will have the number of guests we are able to accommodate.
