FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our biggest priority is that you wear comfortable wedding clothes that will allow for as much dancing, eating, and merriment as possible! With that in mind, we do have some basic suggestions: Women: Dress, skirt, or pantsuit, ideally garden attire or summer themed. The bride will NOT be wearing heels, and welcomes and encourages other women to DITCH the heels as well if desired! Feel free to wear instead clean sneakers, flats, sandals, or any cute shoe that is comfortable for dancing. Men: Dark suit & formal shoes.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We have a honeymoon cash fund which we would greatly appreciate any small or large contributions towards, however we do NOT have a traditional gift registry. We value experiences far more than physical items, dislike the waste generated by buying and throwing away large amounts of items, and simply do not have space in our home for more items. Please do NOT give us physical gifts! Thank you!!!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, but please read the following! If you are bringing kids, make sure to let us know either via RSVP or message what their names are and how many you are bringing, so we can make sure to account for kids meals. Otherwise, we will assume zero children (under 12 years old) per guest by default. Although children are welcome to attend, please note that this will be an adult-focused event, in terms of average guest age and event playlist. The venue provides accommodations for children including high chairs, kids meals, and bathroom changing stations, but there is no dedicated play area. We recommend bringing coloring books or other quiet digital entertainment for kids if needed.

Question

Any events after the wedding?

Answer

Nope! We are keeping it low key - no after party or day-after activities to account for, so please enjoy the ceremony and reception to the max!

Question

Anything else I should know?

Answer

Reminder that this is a Sunday wedding, so if you plan on going HAM, to schedule Monday PTO & recovery accordingly! :)
