We met at Paddy Murphy's, a local Naples bar. Jenny and her good friend Liz were out having a good time. Jenny had mentioned seeing Steve before but was too nervous to say anything. Liz took it upon herself to catch Steve on his way back from the bathroom and introduce herself. She then turned to me and said "This is my friend Jenny" and walked away. Steve and Jenny talked the rest of the night and knew there was something special there.

In 2022 we went on a big camping trip out west to hit some of the National Parks. Our first stop was Teton National park. Little did I know Steve had something up his sleeve. On the third morning we went down to Lake Jenny for coffee and some pictures. He kept changing spots because the picture just wasn't right. I was oblivious as to what was really going on. Once he found the perfect spot, he said some sweet sweet things to me and got down on one knee. I was so in shock I almost forgot to say yes. We enjoyed the next couple weeks exploring Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. What we now call our Engagement Moon. This place is very special to us, which is why we chose to get married there.
