Jenny and Ryan’s love story is straight out of 2020 — complete with a dating app, a global pandemic, and an impressive amount of takeout. It all began during peak lockdown, when Jenny was somewhere between watching Netflix and applying to graduate school. Then along came Ryan’s profile. He seemed refreshingly normal (a rare find at the time) and managed to look good even in a poorly lit selfie (impressive). Their first messages turned into light hearted conversations, inside jokes, and heated debates about the best flavor of chicken wings.
