Welcome Luau (Optional)

4:30 pm - 8:30 pm

If you happen to arrive on the island early, we’ll be attending a local luau on Wednesday evening! This is an informal, optional outing and we would love for guests to join us! Costs would be handled individually. Welcome Dinner

4:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Evenings can be very cool on the mountain. Casual Dress Attire. Potentially may need a jacket/long sleeve/pants.

We will be providing a shuttle up to Kahua Ranch for a hosted welcome dinner! Meet in Waikoloa Queens Marketplace. Shuttle will leave at 4:30 PM. 69-201 Waikoloa Beach Dr. Waikoloa, HI 96738 Up at the ranch you will get some incredible views! The evening will entail dinner, drinks, music, lawn games, and a bonfire at the end of the night.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dressy Beach Attire: Wear dresses, jump suits, linen pants or slacks, short-sleeved button downs or dress shirts. No jacket or tie is necessary. Ceremony is on the beach, please choose footwear suitable for walking on sand.

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Bring a bathing suit!!

We will be hosting a morning after brunch and pool party! Feel free to hang out for the afternoon! There is a bathroom, outdoor shower, changing rooms, and a bar/restaurant if you need food or drinks later in the day.
