Please feel free to wear whatever makes you most comfortable. We recommend cocktail attire. For the ladies - the ceremony will be on grass so we recommend flats or wedges!
Yes! There is a shuttle that will leave the hotel starting at 3:00. The final shuttle leaves at 3:30 so don't be late! Due to limited parking at the ceremony site, we request our guests use the transportation provided.
There is plenty of parking at the hotel for the reception. There is limited parking at the ceremony site so we ask that our guests use the transportation provided.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 sharp so we ask that all guests are seated by 3:45pm.
There will be an optional breakfast offered on Sunday for $16/person. If you wish to attend, you must call Sugarloaf reservations to purchase the breakfast no later than August 10th. On Friday evening, Josh and I will in the hotel bar (45 North) between 8-9pm for any guests who want to stop in and say hello!
