Joseph and Jenny knew of each other through mutual friends that played a role in their past lives. In the year 2020, things kicked off with Joseph sliding in Jenny’s DM to get her to be in his music video! During Covid, hopes of filming the music video became a hassle. But in the midst of the circumstances, they became good friends by Face-Timing each other during the worldwide lockdown, playing iMessage games every night, talking and laughing about anything until dawn. Sometimes, even falling asleep together over the phone. Shortly after the Covid lockdown , Joseph was able to plan his first date with Jenny at Qudoba. He spent $50 bucks to Uber downtown Chicago and had spent his last $30 bucks for the lunch date. This is where the spark started. Jenny and Joseph talked about their personal lives , their aspirations, potential career goals and got to know eachother much more on the first date, without even knowing they would be spending the rest of their lives together. The first date was a success! More conversations were held, more laughs, more jokes, even more calls while Jenny Face-Timed him all the time at his overnight gas station job. The friendship became inseparable. Joseph finally saved up enough money from his cashier job and purchased a small car to be able to spend more time with Jenny. His love for her became stronger and stronger as plenty of food dates went by. Almost a year later they were able to film their music video! On that day, they shared a special experience and moment together and the rest was history. They both constantly worked towards their goals with Jenny starting her studio photography career while Joseph worked at a warehouse job to save up for his first camera. As years went by, they were able to start a wedding photography and videography company that became very successful within 2 years. Months later, Joseph popped the question on May 16th and proposed to Jenny in Cozumel Mexico. Their love for each other and story is a testimony for their generation.
