Wedding Day Schedule

We'll be preparing a brunch on the morning of the wedding in our primary condo rental-- 2304 Tropic Winds. Anyone coming in for the wedding is welcome to join us! Following brunch the rest of the day is up to you to decide. Ladies wanting to join for mani/pedis will be doing this right after lunch around 1 PM. If you want to join us, please let Jenny know so that we can get it booked. Everyone will be going their own ways afterwards to get ready for the evening. We need to be at the venue by 6 PM. Please give yourselves about 30 minutes to travel from the condos to the restaurant. It's only 3 miles but there is a lot of foot traffic on Front Beach Road. The ceremony will be on the beach at 6 PM to the back of Runaway Island Beach Bar and Grill. Pictures immediately follow the ceremony and we should be in the restaurant by 7:30 for dinner, drinks, and cake. Dinner and drinks will be on the Sunset Deck of Runaway Island Beach Bar and Grill.

Sound check and Ceremony prep

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Tommy and Sophia will need to do a sound check before the ceremony. Rick can assist with this. Cheryl and Jen will help with rest of setup for ceremony and keep kids out of the water. lol

Wedding Ceremony

Runaway Island Beach Bar and Grill

The ceremony will take place on the beach behind the restaurant.

Reception prep

6:45 pm - 7:00 pm

Cheryl and Jen will help get tables set up with centerpieces and also put decor on cake and get guest stuff ready.
