We're getting married!

We met in September 2005 when we started at Churchdown School together (both rocking questionable hairstyles; the extreme side fringe and Justin Bieber cut). We had a lot of mutual friends and quickly became close. We managed to remain friends throughout school and into 6th form, where we spent a lot of time together in our free periods and (finally) made it official in 2011!

We had spent the day relaxing in the sun by the pool in Albufeira, Portugal. I was almost ready to go out for the evening when Jay called me out into the main room of our apartment. I went out to meet him, thinking he was just being impatient, and saw him down on one knee! With his odd sense of humor, I thought for a second he must be joking!! We then spent the evening celebrating in the beautiful Old Town, eating, drinking and making the most of complimentary alcohol as a newly engaged couple!
