WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at Sunnyview Inn. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Tents will be provided in case of inclement weather.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CERMONY?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the scheduled ceremony. This will allow you plenty of time to park and find your seat.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Please dress accordingly for the weather as the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Men: dress shirt with khaki or other slacks: jacket and ties optional Women: dresses, jumpsuits, etc. (ladies y'all know what to wear) Please no jeans, t-shirts, or athletic wear

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Answer

Off the Chain Food Truck will be serving our guests starting at 6:15 pm. You will be able to choose from the following: Chicken Tacos or Quesadilla Beef Tacos or Quesadilla Bangin' Fried Chicken Sandwich Hamburger or Cheeseburger

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We respectfully request no children at our wedding. Please take this opportunity as a night out to have fun with adults.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We have hired a remarkable photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony and we would love to have your undivided attention for when we say "I do". Our only request is that you silence and put your phone away during the entirety of the ceremony. After the ceremony is over and the reception begins please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a limited amount of beer and wine, but you are welcome to bring your own beverages of choice. Please drink responsibly.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. We will have a parking attendant to help get everyone parked. Please keep in mind if you plan on drinking to consider car-pooling with someone that will be sober at the end of the night. We want all our guests to have a great time and return home safely.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by 9.18.24. If you’re unable to RSVP online please text Jenny at 434-579-2145.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to the amount of guests we are inviting and our wishes to keep our wedding intimate we will only be accommodating guests formally invited. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes in keeping our day as intimate as possible. Thank you so much!

WHAT IF I FORGET TO RSVP BY THE DEADLINE DATE?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with an exact number of guests by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

SMOKING ALLOWED?

Answer

Smoking is only allowed in the designated outside fire pit area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in provided receptables. This is requested by the venue.
