What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional. We ask that all guests wear black. Women should wear black full length or tea length dresses and men should wear a black tuxedo or suit. A white shirt under your suit or tux is totally encouraged and a great choice for the July heat!☀️

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin right at 5 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM to ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins. We suggest 4:30 PM.

Where do I park?

Answer

La Villa provides a 40 space private lot-parking. Additional street parking is also available. No overnight parking is allowed in the parking lot.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place inside and cocktail hour (weather permitted) will be outside.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour outside on the patio with hors d’oeuvres available. There will be a room flip and guests will be welcomed back inside for dinner served family style from The Russell and dancing.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know directly if you have a dietary restriction.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a selection of wine, beer, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages. We can't wait to party with you!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Please note this is an adults-only wedding and reception. As much as we love your kids, we ask that you leave them at home. We want this to be a special night out for everyone.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with our closest friends and family! If you have been given a plus-one, their name will be shown when you RSVP.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP by May 1, 2025 so we have plenty of time to prepare for our special day!
