Yes! There is a QR code on the back of the invitation that will send you to our website. Even if you have already RSVP'd, we ask that you update your RSVP by August 5th, 2023. The website will lead you through a short series of questions, such as you if you will attend our welcome dinner, where you will be staying, and what entree you would like for the wedding reception. If you have any issues with the RSVP website, please reach out to us directly at wasanajclements@gmail.com.

The lodge area itself is a vehicle free zone due to the narrow pathways. Upon arrival, please park your vehicle in the overnight parking and call for the lodge van pick up to get to the reception area for check-in. A phone is located in the parking lot to call for the van. The lodge is located inside Yoho National Park, and is home to some large furry friends. The lodge has a no outside food policy to make sure that these friends don't get too friendly. Because the location is very remote, please note that cell phone/internet service may be limited. The lodge does not provide internet or TV. This can be considered an unplugged getaway!
We will provide a shuttle on the evening of the wedding to transport any guests who are staying in the Lake Louise area (see Travel tab for names of these hotels) to and from their hotel so that they may enjoy the evening with us without worrying about driving. If this applies to you, please make a comment when prompted during submission of your RSVP.
Lake Louise and the surrounding area are limited in transportation options. There are no taxis or Ubers/Lyfts operating in the area. If you would like to do any sightseeing or adventures, we highly recommend renting a vehicle from the airport when you arrive. Please see our Travel section for some Car Rental options.
The welcome dinner is located at the Lake Louise Inn, in the town of Lake Louise. This is about a 30 minute drive from Emerald Lake Lodge, and a short trip if you are staying in Lake Louise town. At this time, group transportation will not be provided for the welcome dinner on September 30th. If you are renting a car, and are willing to help take some guests who are not renting, that would be appreciated. If you are not renting a car, and are unable to connect with someone to carpool, please make a comment when prompted in the RSVP form and we can help get you set up.

Our welcome dinner will be fully indoors. Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. Daily temperatures are very dynamic, especially in the mountains. Please expect a range of 0° to 15° Celsius or 32° to 59° Fahrenheit during your stay. We recommend preparing to bring a jacket or shawl in case it gets chilly.
