Jenny and Fuchie met on Jenny's first day at TCF Bank and Fuchie was her trainer. They quickly bonded over similar experiences and started spending their lunch hour together daily just talking and joking around. Lunch breaks were where their connection and fondness for each other grew. Fuchie played it cool and waited patiently for Jenny to come around and admit that she liked him. Finally Fuchie got his wish of a first date with Jenny on March 26th, 2017. Now Jenny gets her wish to marry the man of her dreams!

Two things to note: Christmas is Jenny's absolute favorite day of the year and Forrest Gump is Jenny's all time favorite movie. On Christmas day when Fuchie and Jenny went to Jenny's family Christmas celebration, Fuchie brought the ultimate gift sack. Before dinner when everyone - including Jenny's dad, Jim, brother, Chris, and her aunts, uncles and cousins - were downstairs and ready for presents, Fuchie had Jenny open up her large sack of presents for everyone to see. There were 4 gifts total. The first gift was the red football jersey with the number '44' that Forrest Gump wore in the movie. The second gift was a Bubba Gump Shrimp hat. The third gift was the exact same Nike running shoes Forrest Gump wore in the film. Jenny was exploding with excitement because of her love for Forrest Gump! Little did she know, Fuchie was exploding with nerves for what was to come. The fourth and final gift was a box of chocolates, but one of the chocolates was taken out and replaced with ribbon holding up a ring. When Jenny realized what was in the box she looked up and Fuchie was on one knee ready to propose. Before he could even say anything, Jenny said yes! But there was one more surprise... Fuchie told Jenny to look behind her and there was her mom, Sallie and her step dad, Bob who had shown up last minute! Jenny was surprised and ecstatic to see them there and to know her whole family was there to witness the proposal. There were lots of happy tears shed and champagne had!
