Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having welcome drinks on Thursday, 9/19 at 7pm at West Flanders on Pearl street. Please come join us when you arrive in town! For any guests sticking around Boulder on Saturday, we're having a casual BBQ at the Busby's airbnb. Swing by if you are around!

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love kids and we love your kids but we want you have the night off and enjoy our wedding kid free. So get a babysitter and come ready to dance!

Is there transportation to and from the Courtyard Marriot to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will provide a shuttle from/to the Courtyard Marriott in Boulder to Planet Bluegrass in Lyons. It will be ~30 minute ride. You can also take an Uber to the wedding but finding an Uber after in Lyons will be very difficult (it's a small town!). Plan on taking the shuttle back to Boulder at the end of the night The shuttle at the end of the night will make two stops, dropping guests off at the Courtyard Marriott as well as License No. 1 for our after party.

What is Colorado weather like in September?

Answer

We suggest you plan for 80 degree days and 60-70 degree nights. Light jackets are generally all you need but understand that Colorado weather changes quickly so be prepared with sunscreen and an umbrella.

Can I wear stilettos to the wedding?

Answer

You can- but you will be aerating (sinking) in the grass all night. Opt for block heels and wedges!
