How we met.

It all started with some football... Carlos was coaching Andrew, Jenny's brother, at Bishop Ward his Junior year of high school. The following year, Carlos came back to watch a game. As he was standing there, Jenny, her mom and her aunt walked over and ended up spending the whole game talking to him. Jenny was good friends with Carlos' brother, Alex, all though grade school and high school, but never really knew Carlos. After the game, Jenny knew she had to see him again. With the persistence of her mom and aunt, she ended up sending him a message and it turned into spending the next weekend together at the Plaza Art Fair. After listening to some live music, looking at all the artwork, and Jenny nearly killing herself walking along in heels (that were very cute!), we really hit it off. Carlos was always so thoughtful. Whether it was the music playlists he was always making for Jenny or opening her car door (which he still does to this day) it blew her away. Life was a bit hectic, though-- Jenny was starting nursing school and Carlos medical school. The timing was just a bit off, but we still kept in contact. Fast forward a few years later and it was all rekindled at Arrowhead. Jenny once again got the courage to message Carlos after spotting him walking out of multiple Chiefs games that season. And the rest is history. It's been an amazing three plus years. We have conquered nursing school, medical school, moved in together, adopted a few mutts, and made a wonderful life together. We can't wait to start this new journey and so glad you're along for the ride. Thank you for inspiring us, believing in us, and supporting us. We truly have the BEST support system. Let's celebrate together on May 4th, 2019! Prepare for #PachecoDeMayo.
