We have secured a discounted rate for guests at the Hilton Garden Inn in Olde Town, Arvada. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the light rail station that can connect you to Downtown Denver and the airport. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk (the same walk) to Olde Town, our local pedestrian area with cute shops, restaurants, and watering holes. Reservations must be made by Friday, October 16, 2026 in order to receive the group rate. Individual Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a late cancel fee. Shuttle
November 13, 2026 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
To make the day easy and stress-free, we’ll be providing complimentary shuttle transportation between the hotel and the reception venue for local friends and visitors. For those not staying at the hotel, it’s a 5 minute walk from the Olde Town Arvada RTD stop at the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle will depart the hotel at approximately 2:00 PM to bring guests to the venue before festivities begin. Shuttle service back to the hotel will depart after the reception, arriving around 9:00 PM. Please note that the shuttle has a maximum capacity of 50 guests, so if you’d like to ride the shuttle, please RSVP early to reserve your spot. We’re excited to celebrate with all of you!
Train
If you prefer not to rent a car, Denver’s light rail system is a convenient way to reach us. • From Denver International Airport (DEN): Catch the A Line directly to Union Station. • The Transfer: From Union Station, transfer to the G Line heading toward Wheat Ridge. • The Stop: Get off at Arvada Olde Town Station. From there, it is just a short, easy walk to the hotel. Pro-Tip You can buy tickets at the kiosks at any station or via the RTD MyRide app. The ride from the airport to Olde Town takes about an hour in total and offers some great views of the city along the way!
