We're getting hitched!

Ben and Jenny first matched on Hinge back in June of 2020. How? We don't know because our distance was set at 35 miles away. Jenny commented on a photo of Ben with his dog and from there the conversation sparked. Ben was a police officer in Wabasha which is the hometown of Grumpy Old Men - Jenny's favorite movie. We also found out that we share a birthday and were born into this world only 6 hours apart! Verified with both our parents that we were not born twins and one of us adopted at birth! After a solid week of texting and finding out all their "meant to be's", Ben asked Jenny out on a date. Our first date was on the 4th of July- Jenny's favorite holiday- where we spent the evening watching fireworks. From there they spent many weekends driving to Wabasha or up to Shakopee to visit each other before settling in on a house in the country together in Wisconsin. In August of 2023, Ben proposed to Jenny out on the boat fishing on Elbow Lake with her entire family back at the cabin.
