What should I wear?
Answer
This event is formal, so we recommend a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, a suit, or a dressy pantsuit. The ceremony will take place on a lawn, so you may prefer a wedge heel to a stiletto. California in May will be warm during the day, but will be chilly at night in the mountains. Dinner will be served outside, under heat lamps, so wraps or sweaters are recommended.

Are kids welcome?

Yep, the more the merrier! Though due to the high numbers of Flu, Covid, and RSV, we ask only healthy children attend. Be aware there will be alcohol served.

What if I have dietary restrictions/allergies?

The RSVP portion of this website will ask guests to choose their meal preference, with a space for specialized diet instructions. Please let us know what your needs are, and we will do our best.

Yes! Our individual guests are invited to bring a plus-one.

Will this event be COVID safe?
Answer
No social gathering is 100% safe, but we will do our best. We ask all guests test themselves 48 hours before the big day, and not attend if under the weather. Dinner and the ceremony will be outdoors, with dancing and the bar indoors.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The venue has parking provided for those who choose to drive. Uber and Lyft will not be available up in the hills, so we have booked a Shuttle to leave from the Hilton Gardens Inn at 4pm. The Venue's address is: 17285 Skyline Blvd, Woodside, CA 94062
