How do I get to the venue?

Answer

After turning off Bavaria Road, continue down the driveway, passing the first left toward the white building, our lovely Equestria West. Proceed to the second left, where you will see a blue sign reading ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.’ Guests may park in the designated white-highlighted area. Handicap-accessible parking is available in the lot, along with a temporary unloading zone for elderly guests - marked by the pink dot. The main paved path leading to the venue entrance can be accessed from the parking lot. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the blue directional signage! Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes. However, please note that cars left overnight must be picked up by 11 am on Sunday, August 9.
