Nick and Jenny were at Lifetime Fitness on a week night. We had to cross each other paths for months before this happened. Nick took a deep breathe to approach the area Jenny was working out at. Which then she sparked a conversation about the workout. We made friendly conversations for weeks when we seen each other the gym. Until finally Nick asked Jenny on a date. The date happened , conversation was endless, chemistry was there and from that point on, a journey of friendship lead to LOVE and now a forever of endless date nights and adventures to be shared.

Nick and Jenny, both are foodies and love trying new restaurants. Jenny was on top of trying to get reservations for Maple & Ash in Chicago, IL. It took months, but finally was able to get a 9:30pm dinner for October 27th, 2018. She was so excited to try this place and to have a nice night out with Nick, date night for the two. The time had finally arrived... Nick is a man of many words and going down to the city, well lets say he was alittle quiet, which Jenny did find strange- that never happens. Once we got there, got seated and looked over the menu and ordered drinks, we were able to start a conservation of many topics. Aside from earlier, Nick was checking his watch many many many times during this time at being at the restaurant. Which Jenny felt, we were pressed on time for something... Dinner was amazing and it was time to head out to the next place on the agenda. As we were leaving the restaurant, there was a white horse and white carriage ride with red velvet seating waiting for our arrival. Jenny was SHOCKED! Her heart was pounding with a huge smile on her face, because at the moment she realized something special is happening tonight. As we got seated and were being pulled by the beautiful horse, Nick turned to Jenny and said beautiful things to her and pulled out such a sparkly gorgeous ring I have seen and asked "Will you marry me?" Jenny said YES! 30 minutes of being in the carriage riding around the city of Chicago, was such a romantic and unforgettable evening. There was more... The final stop was POPS champagne in River North area of the city, we pulled up and took some pictures and she got 2 dozen red roses. We walked in to POPS, and SURPRISE, our family and friends were there waiting to celebrate Our Engagement! Now its time to celebrate our love story....
