Friday Welcome Party Shuttle

September 18, 2026 6:15 pm - 10:30 pm

A continuous shuttle bus will run between the Marriott and the Welcome Party, starting at 6:15pm and running until 10:30pm. If you're staying at the Best Western or one of the nearby hotels, you can walk over to the Marriott to grab the shuttle.

Saturday Wedding Shuttle

September 19, 2026 3:45 pm - 1:30 am

To the venue: shuttles will run in waves from 3:45 to 4:30 PM, stopping at both hotels. If you plan to take the shuttle to the venue, please notify us in your RSVP so you can be assigned a departure time to make sure everyone has a ride. Back to the hotel: shuttles will be running approximately every 30 minutes from 10pm to 1:30am, making stops at both the Marriott and Best Western, as requested.

Flight

If you're flying...

The closest airport is Grand Rapids, Michigan (GRR), about an hour and 15 minute drive to St. Joseph. For more flight options, you can also fly into Chicago (either ORD or MDW), which is 90 minutes to two hours (depending on traffic).

If you're driving...

The hotel is exit 29 off of I-94. There's easy parking at the hotel. The venue is off exit 28.
