Discovery Green
This 12-acre urban park is located right in the heart of downtown. It features beautiful lawns, scenic walking paths, lively restaurants, art installations, and more. Tony and Jenni spent many afternoons here walking the paths enjoying the weather and each others company.
Houston Museum District
Just south of downtown, the museum district consists of 19 museums, galleries, cultural centers, and more in the area. Early in their dating days, Tony and Jenni visited many museums. Their favorites are the Museum of Natural Science, the Museum of Fine Arts and McGovern Centennial Gardens.
The Galleria
Large shopping mall in a trendy upscale area, plus boutiques, restaurants, bars, and more.
NASA Johnson Space Center
Only a 30-minute drive from Houston, tour NASA's famous Mission Control and see rockets up close.
Kokoro
Tony and Jenni's favorite sushi spot! Located inside Bravery Chef Hall, Kokoro is a counter-service Japanese restaurant specializing in sushi and yakitori.
Huynh Restaurant
A family-owned authentic Vietnamese restaurant located in the heart of downtown. Another one of Tony and Jenni's favorite restaurants when they're in the mood for something flavorful and filling. The Phoenix Chicken is a must!
Killen's BBQ
Highly acclaimed barbecue spot with locations in Pearland and The Woodlands. The restaurants offer counter service in a laid back setting with an array of meat, sides, and desserts.
Puttshack - Houston
Puttshack is a family friendly upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience that pairs modern technology with crazy courses and trendy vibes for a fun experience. This is definitely a go-to date spot for Tony and Jenni. They may or may not have an ongoing "friendly" competition...
