Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Free parking is available just across the street from Magnolia Terrace on 4th Street. It’s a very short walk to the venue, and signage will be posted to help guide you. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

We kindly ask that only those specifically named on the invitation attend. While we love your littles and your plus-ones, due to limited space and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invite. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding will take place in a greenhouse-style venue surrounded by trees and lush greenery—think secret garden meets enchanted evening! We’re asking guests to dress in Whimsical Garden Attire: something a little dressy, a little magical, and totally comfortable. Dresses, jumpsuits, or nice slacks and button-downs are great choices. Feel free to lean into soft colors, florals, forest tones, or whimsical details if you’d like! The ceremony and reception will include some outdoor and stone-paved areas, so comfortable shoes and a light layer for cooler evening temps are recommended. No tuxes or gowns required—just bring your best enchanted garden vibes!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No transportation is provided, but parking is available across the street on 4th Street. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are also options.

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present during the ceremony. Just before it starts, we’ll have a quick photo countdown so you can capture a few moments. After that, please put your phones away so everyone can enjoy the ceremony without distractions. Our photographer will capture all the special moments! During the reception, photos are warmly encouraged! There will be lots of fun photo spots, and we’d love for you to share your pictures. You can easily upload them by scanning the QR code we’ll provide at the event. Don’t forget to tag us!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so you have plenty of time to park and get seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The entire venue is covered, featuring a beautiful greenhouse-style space filled with trees and lush greenery. You’ll enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by nature while staying comfortably sheltered from the elements throughout the ceremony and reception.

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Late November in Texas can be unpredictable—think anywhere from 50° to 75°F. We’ll have heaters if it gets chilly!

Yes! We’ll have a dinner buffet and dessert, plus plenty of drinks!
