You can RSVP directly on this website. Please see the 'RSVP' tab
Please RSVP by the 14th of September 2025
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to find your seat and settle in. Guests must be seated by 3.45pm, as entry will not be permitted once the ceremony begins. Late arrivals will need to wait until the reception to join us - thank you for understanding and helping us create a smooth, uninterrupted moment
We kindly ask that you refer to the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation, as we are only able to accommodate those guests listed. Unfortunately, plus-ones are not permitted unless explicitly included on the invitation or previously discussed with us. If you receive a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding! We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we are keeping things intimate
As much as we love your children, we hope you understand that we are planning an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and appreciate you making arrangements and celebrating with us!
The dress code is formal — think suits, gowns, or your best dressed-up look in spring colours. Please see the 'Dress Code' tab above for inspiration. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing blue, for both men and women. Please also note the ceremony will take place on a grassed area, so we recommend avoiding stiletto heels or shoes that may sink into the ground for your own comfort. A little reminder: white is off-limits unless your name is on the marriage certificate
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony as our lovely photographer and videographer have it under control! Feel free to snap away during the reception!
We kindly ask that guests refrain from posting any photos on social media until we’ve had the chance to share our own and officially announce our marriage. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and promise to let you know when it’s time to share the love online! Thank you for your understanding and support
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Caversham House
Yes, there is a parking lot adjacent to the ceremony. Please follow signage to direct you to the parking
The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will follow indoors
There are several accommodation options nearby. We recommend The Vines Resort (about a 20-minute drive from the venue) for a more classic resort stay, or the Swan Valley Discovery Park for a relaxed, budget-friendly option. If you're keen to share accommodation and split costs, feel free to reach out to other guests – it’s a great way to coordinate and stay together!
Yes! Wine and beer will be provided throughout the evening. Spirits will also be available at the bar, to be purchased at your own expense
We are celebrating the joining of two families, so we ask that you pick a seat, not a side. Kindly refrain from sitting in the reserved seats up front as they are reserved for the wedding party and immediate family
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to bless us with a gift, we kindly ask for a contribution to our honeymoon fund via the wishing well at the wedding. Thank you for your love and support
If you have dietary requirements, allergies, or food intolerances, please let Caitlin know as soon as possible so we can accomodate your needs. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration comfortably and safely, so don't hesitate to reach out!
