A complementary shuttle service will leave the Craddock Terry Hotel at 2:45 pm for the wedding venue and return at the end of the evening (approximately 9:30 pm). All guests are welcomed and encouraged to use the shuttle service.

Lynchburg boasts a charming, easy-to-navigate regional airport, loctated just a short drive from all hotels and our venue. Flights into Lynchburg can be pricey, so we recommend booking early!

Roanoke is approximately an hour from Lynchburg and our venue. Flights into Roanoke tend to be more reasonably priced.
Train
Amtrak is a great option for those traveling from the DC area.

The Craddock Terry Hotel is located in downtown Lynchburg near the James River, and is approximately a 40-minute drive from the venue. We have secured a room block with a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate. The rate is good through February 3, 2026.
