Newark Liberty International Airport
Reminder for those flying: the REAL ID requirements take effect May 7th. Although New Jersey is accessible through the other NYC local airports, we recommend Newark as the most convenient option. By Car: It takes approximately 1 hour to drive from Newark to Long Branch, depending on traffic. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) are conveniently located at the airport. Rental cars are available at the airport; book in advance for better rates. By Train: New Jersey Transit offers regular trains from Newark Airport to Long Branch. Use the NJ Transit app to buy tickets and check schedules. From Long Branch station, it’s a quick 5-minute drive to Wave Resort.

Traveling from NYC
By train: The NJ Transit train runs regularly from New York Penn Station to Long Branch. It is a quick 5 minute drive from the Long Branch train station to Wave Resort. By ferry: The Seastreak ferry offers routes between various pick up points in Manhattan to the Jersey Shore. Plan your trip at: www.seastreak.com It is a 20-25 minute drive from Highlands or Atlantic Highlands to Wave Resort. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) are readily available at the ferry.
