The story of Us
At the end of April 2021, Jenny and Marc both joined Hinge for different reasons: Marc was ready for a long-term relationship, while Jenny just wanted to meet good men outside her hometown and maybe go on a few dates. What caught Jenny’s eye was Marc dressed as Post Malone, her celebrity crush. By May 11th, they went on their first date, despite Jenny begging Gonzalo to convince her not to go to avoid awkward small talk. But she went and felt something rare: real chemistry. They bonded over music, family, and shared values, especially their love for their Abuela. After just four dates, Marc asked Jenny to be his girlfriend. Though she doubted herself, especially with PMDD being undiagnosed, they said yes to each other. Since then, they’ve grown through college, moves, distance, loss, otto's puppy stage, PA apps/school and dreams—becoming best friends who have cried, but even more, laughed through it all.
