Question

Should I drive to the desert ceremony?

Answer

No! The drive is dark and requires off-roading. We want all our guests to relax and enjoy the celebrations. A shuttle will be provided for all guests to and from Cherry Clouds Oasis.

When/where is the shuttle meeting?

Answer

Please meet at the group house rental by 1pm on Friday, November 11. Note that there will only be one shuttle to and from the venue! If you miss it, you will be responsible for finding your own ride there.

What should I wear?

Answer

Think bright colors, fun prints, and textured fabrics. We'll be in the desert, so make sure you have appropriate footwear. Also the temperature drops at night, and while we will have fire pits, please plan accordingly. We encourage guests to bring a change of clothes if desired.

What's the weather like in the desert, anyway?

Answer

We anticipate weather in the 70s while the sun is up and a drop of about 20 degrees after sunset. It may be windy as well; we highly suggest bringing a jacket or coat. The shuttle will be onsite for the duration of the event, so guests are welcome to bring an extra set of comfy or warm clothes to change into.
