What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. We want you to feel your best! Please note that weather-permitting our ceremony will take place outdoors, so expect to walk on grass at some point.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. We recommend getting there 20-30 minutes early to ensure you have time to park and find your seat.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can go to our "RSVP" tab on this website. Please make sure to mark which events you will be attending. We ask that you please respond by 7/30/25 so we can have an accurate guest count for our coordinator.

What if I have an allergy or dietary restrictions?

Please reach out to us if you have any special requests for your meal and we will get in touch with the Chef and his team at Woodcliff.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

It will be noted on your invitation whether or not a plus one is allotted for you. You can RSVP for you and your guest in the "RSVP" tab if this is the case.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an "unplugged" ceremony. We want our photographer to get the best shots possible and do not want the distraction of multiple phones going off at once. Please turn off your phone during the ceremony, the rest of the night you are free to take as many pictures as you want to help us remember this special day!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, Woodcliff has a huge parking lot available to our guests.

Where can I stay the night of the wedding?

Answer

Please refer to the "Travel" tab of this website. We have a Schmitt-Mendes room block at the Woodcliff Hotel where you can book your room at a discounted rate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we have an open bar for four hours. One hour will be during cocktail hour and the remaining three after dinner. Please bring cash AND a card for when the open bar is closed or if you plan on grabbing a drink with us at the hotel bar afterwards.
