What is the RSVP deadline?

Please let us know by August 14, 2024, if you'll be joining us. If we haven't heard from you by then, we'll assume you won't be able to make it.

The dress code for the event is formal attire.

Is there a gate to access the venue, and if so, how does it work?

Answer

Access to the venue requires passage through the gates. An attendant will be present before the ceremony. In the absence of an attendant, please use gate code: 1793.

Is there a registry or preferred gift option?

There is a registry tab within the website. Monetary gifts are encouraged.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

While we adore having all the children present, due to limited seating at the venue, only individuals specified on the invitations will be allowed to attend.

What are the parking arrangements or options available for guests attending the event?

There is parking available along the east side of Brook Hills Road.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available for the reception meal?

Answer

Vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options must be communicated with Jennifer before the event.

Can I bring a plus-one if the invitation doesn't specify?

Answer

Regrettably, seating availability at the venue is limited, and attendance is restricted to those specifically listed on the website.

Will there be a bar at the reception, and is it cash or open?

Answer

The reception will have a carefully picked variety of alcoholic drinks. No cash will be needed unless you'd like to tip the bartenders.

Can I bring a camera or take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Feel free to capture photos during both the ceremony and reception, and don't hesitate to share them with the bride and groom!

Is there a gift table or specific time to present gifts to the couple?

Please use the designated gift table at the venue to leave your gifts for the bride and groom.

Are there any restrictions on bringing outside food or beverages to the venue?

Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted within the venue.

Will there be seating arrangements for the reception, and can we request specific seating preferences?

Answer

For the ceremony, seating arrangements are open, allowing guests to mingle freely. However, designated tables will be arranged for guests during the reception.
