Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn

If only staying the weekend, we would recommend the Best Western. It's not necessarily walking distance to town or the beach but the nicest and best priced hotel in Carpinteria. If staying longer, we highly recommend checking the vacation rental websites we listed or Airbnb/VRBO.

Train

Amtrak

If you live near a train station, Amtrak drops you off in the heart of Carpinteria and Santa Barbara! So even if driving or flying, consider taking the train to Santa Barbara for a day if you have time!

Hotel

Motel 6 Carpinteria, CA - Santa Barbara - South

If you're bringing your dog, this is the only pet friendly hotel in town. Otherwise, we highly recommend checking pet friendly vacation rentals or Airbnb/VRBO.

If you're the camping type, Carpinteria has one of the greatest campgrounds and September is one of the most beautiful times of the year (hence, why we planned our wedding 🥰)!
