Did the wedding date change?

Answer

Originally our wedding date was 7/7/22 however, we have changed the date to 7/8/22 as it worked out better for our venue and vendors. And us :-)

Are both the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be at Locust Grove Estate

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 6/10/22. Please note, if you do not RSVP and show up anyway, you will need to bring your own chair and a sandwich :-) (Don't be that person lol)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is an adult only event

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot available at Locust Grove. ***Update*** The Residence Inn hotel has informed me that they no longer offer the shuttle service, however the hotel is only 3 minutes away from the venue.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

As long as the weather cooperates, we are hoping to have the ceremony outside in the garden. Fingers crossed. There is a backup room for the ceremony in case of rain.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The invitation will be addressed to those who are invited to the wedding. For example, if the invitation is addressed to Jennifer Lopez, only Jennifer Lopez is invited. Ben Affleck cannot attend.

Do we need to wear a specific color?

Answer

No, please wear any color you would like- besides white of course :-) (Again, don't be that person lol)...this goes for men also :-)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have advised our caterer that we have guests who are allergic to nuts and shellfish. If you have additional food allergies, please contact Todd and I directly.

What dinner style will you have at the reception?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style

Will you be having an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

It will be open bar. We will bring the drinks, you bring the party ;-)

Are there any requirements to get tested for COVID prior to the wedding?

Answer

This is not a requirement however, if you do not feel well or are showing any symptoms the day of the wedding, please do not attend. We of course would love for everyone to be there, however the health and safety of others is also important to us.
