The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Arriving 45-60 minutes prior to is ideal.
We will be providing transportation services pre-ceremony and throughout the duration of the after-party. For those staying in the hotels that we blocked off, the shuttle(s) will pick up and drop off directly from those hotels. 1 of the 2 drivers will consistently stay on-site should there be any emergencies - otherwise the shuttle(s) will begin to bring folks back to the hotels at 9pm and will run every 45 minutes (roughly). For those that do choose to drive themselves, there is ample on-site parking and Uber/Lyfts will be available in the area. You will be able to leave your vehicle overnight and retrieve it in the morning. Your vehicle must be picked up by NO LATER THAN 10am on June 15th.
No. There will be a $500 fine placed on the bride and groom if outside liquor is found on the premises. Weddings are already way too expensive, don't be a party pooper. Venue security will also ask you to leave the property should you be found with outside alcohol. Our venue is very strict with this rule - please be considerate. The bars onsite at Willow Brooke are fully stocked with a multitude of options.

Yes! Our caterer will have a mobile pizza oven and will begin serving pizza by the slice at 9:30pm.
No. We will have a professional photographer taking all the photos during the ceremony, please do not photobomb with your phone.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside in the vineyard. Should it rain, we will move everything into the historic barn on the property.
