we are tying the knot!

We met on a beautiful evening (stars and moon shining bright) for a couple rounds of pool and wings. We laughed and talked for 4 hours. At the end of the evening (midnight) we shared an amazing hug and kiss that we both knew was the beginning of something wonderful.

After being together for 3 years, enjoying each other and our 5 beautiful children, we decided to make it official. On December 21st, 2020, Sean and our 5 children mysteriously went upstairs for a get together that I was not allowed to be in. After about 10 minutes, they all came downstairs to me, smiling from ear to ear. Sean told me that he had a gift to give me. The children gathered around Sean in front of me and they each said a word "Jen Mom will you marry" and Sean got down on his knee saying the final word "me?". I started crying and said YES a full 30 minutes later. I had yet to see the ring. I opened the box while we were all hugging. Sean pulled the ring out and I started crying again. I asked him if I really get to marry him and he said "YES".
