We’re getting married!

It all began a decade ago. At a house party. “Scoty Hotty” as I referred to him was standing across the room when we locked eyes. You couldn’t miss this 6’5 gentle giant. We were smitten. However, we were both in rocky relationships. We ended up friend-zoning each other and it was the best decision we could have made. Throughout that period of time we formed a strong foundation of a friendship first. As life would have it Scot moved away shortly thereafter. We ended up losing touch for a few years. It was early 2019 when a client of mine told me to get on a dating site that she had great success on. Low and behold I took her advice and I’m forever grateful I did. Within the first 5 minutes of signing up- we were a match! Although, I didn’t recognize Scot at first because so much time had elapsed. It didn’t take long for me to connect the dots especially when he said, “Jenn- it’s me Scotty Hotty!!” I could feel my heart drop to the pit of my stomach. The butterfly feelings I had the day we met never fully went away even though time had carried on. After 7 hours of chatting on the phone we met for our official first date. And needless to say we never stopped dating since that very night!
