We will have a shuttle that will run from Hilton Garden Inn Carmel to the Ceremony/Reception venue (Prairie View Golf Club) before the ceremony and will then head back to the hotel after the reception. The schedule is as follows: Before the Ceremony Pick up: -4:15pm: Pick up at Hilton Garden Inn Carmel (Please note time is in eastern time!) After the Reception Drop Off (Back to Hilton Garden Inn): -8:30pm -9:30pm -10:30pm -11:00pm
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
**CEREMONY STARTS AT 5:00PM EASTERN TIME ZONE!** Ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting. Ceremony will be moved into banquet hall in case of inclement weather. Guests may park for free in the main parking lot. Cars may be left overnight if need be.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served immediately after the ceremony. Dinner, dancing, drinks, and dessert will follow. Reception is held in the banquet room at the golf club.
