When do I need to book the room by?

Answer

Room rates are valid through May 22nd and first come first serve. Be sure to get those secured as soon as you're able to.

When should we arrive?

Answer

We'll be arriving Wednesday the 22nd, and leaving Monday the 27th. Feel free to come any sooner or later. As long as you're there for the wedding on the 24th, stay as long or a short as you need to.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, plus ones are ok - If you’re bringing a guest, please make sure they are included in your hotel booking since it’s an all-inclusive resort. Also, let us know so we can reserve a seat for them.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Dressy but relaxed since it's by the beach—jackets and ties optional! All events will be off the sand, so heels are welcome.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

We recommend comfortable shoes. Since all events are outdoors, wedges, block heels, flats, or dressy sandals are great options.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes - Our kids will be there, and the hotel is kid friendly.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us!

Is there transportation provided between the airport and hotel?

Answer

No - we recommend booking your airport transportation ahead of time on Viator. You'll have several options and the cost is typically a per person rate. Make sure you book both there and back.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

No - you coming out to spend time with us is the only gift we need.
