A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests, which you can book by clicking "View" below. Please reserve by 5 March 2019 to ensure you receive the special room rate. The block of rooms is for Friday, 5 April 2019 and Saturday, 6 April 2019. Should your travel extend outside of these dates please call Mellanie Teed at 410-231-5078 to reserve, just mention Kuhnow/Bodine wedding. For those who are checking in on Saturday, we recommend requesting an early check-in. Transportation will be provided to and from the Ceremony/Reception site. The shuttle will begin loading at 3:30pm and depart at 3:45pm from the hotel. The shuttle will begin loading at 10:00pm and depart at 10:15pm from the Ceremony/Reception site. Parking is also available at the venue.

Flight

Any Baltimore or DC Area Airport

Baltimore–Washington International (BWI), Washington Dulles International (IAD), and Reagan National (DCA) all service Southern Maryland. Dulles is the furthest away and Reagan is the closest. Our recommendation is BWI due to it being the most convenient commute.
