WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

As soon as you book a room, please RSVP "Yes". You can change your RSVP up until February 2, 2026. This is also the last day to book your room.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT?

Answer

To participate in all wedding-related festivities you must stay at the resort, per resort policy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK A ROOM AND CAN'T COME?

We completely understand that plans can change! All rooms are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your check-in time.

HAVING ISSUES WITH BOOKING/TRAVEL?

WHERE DO WE FLY INTO?

Answer

Plan to fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Finest Playa Mujeres is approximately 35 minutes away. If you arrive before check in time, you can use all the resort amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

DO I NEED MY PASSPORT?

Answer

Every guest must have a valid passport in order to fly into Mexico. Please make sure yours is up to date!

Can I bring a Plus-One?

Answer

Due to strict capacity limitations we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We kindly asks our guests to not bring a plus-one unless it is specified on the invitation. This also applies to the room booking, it is very important that the promo code is used for specifically named guests only. Misuse of the promo code will result in the room being cancelled. Thank you for understanding!

What's the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.

Will there be drinks?

Answer

There will be an open bar with a bartender during the cocktail hour and reception.

Do I need to tip at an all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! It is recommended to bring plenty of singles to tip the staff as they wait on you throughout your time at the resort. Although it isn't required, the staff are very hardworking and it is always much appreciated.

What must-haves should I pack?

Answer

The resort has a gift shop on property with essentials in case you forget, but it is very pricey. Our biggest recommendations would be plenty of sunscreen (more than you think you need), aloe, bug spray, and basic first aid medications (Tylenol, Pepto, etc.)
