Are children allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we would love for your little ones to join us at our ceremony.

Are children allowed at the reception?

Answer

We love your little ones, they’re welcome to our ceremony but as for our reception that will follow, we are having it as an adult-only reception. Thank you for your understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

As there is a limitation at this venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d kindly ask for you to be dressed in semi formal clothing. Of course we also please ask you not to wear white or any shades of white or beige.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception would both be held at the Arc of Hilo, ceremony would be in an outdoor setting as the reception would be held in the event center.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3PM. We kindly ask you to please arrive by 2:45PM the latest.

Are phones allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we understand you would all need your phones, we kindly ask for you not to take your phones out as we will have our own photographer(s)/videographer(s) capturing this special day for us. We would love to have your full attention. Thank you!

Where can I park?

Answer

At the Arc of Hilo there is a lot of parking. There is a parking lot as well as a side parking lot on gravel/grass on the side of the venue.

What if I forget to RSVP by the stated deadline?

Answer

With our great apologies, with you not being able to RSVP in time, we have already given our vendors our final counts for the special day.
