The Wedding Website of Jennifer Vitale and Ricardo Rosa

We will be covering the cost for the ceremony and reception but we ask anyone who wishes to participate in the extra events to pay for themselves. We will be covering the venue cost and the taxes on the extra events to make the events as inexpensive as possible. Here is our schedule of the events we are hoping to have. We need a minimum of 25 people to attend to have an extra event. We are doing “Ride Mix Ins” at these events, as we are not expecting anyone to pay for park tickets and going to the theme parks unless they wish too. If you wish to do so our travel agent can help you with your tickets but for those that do not wish to pay for park tickets but do the events you still get to ride at least one ride from each park, together with family and friends without waiting in huge lines! (P.S. We will be choosing our favorite rides!)

Bachelorette/Bachelor

This is a semi casual event, as some of us may be going out to the club or bar afterwards.

There will be Savory and Sweet Items to eat while we watch Fantasmic and afterwards we will be participating in a “Ride Mix In” as the last to ride a ride before park closure. We have not decided on a ride yet and we will be keeping it a surprise! Cost for this event is estimated at $125 per person. If you would like to participate we will need you to send money by Venmo, PayPal or Cash app by February 25th as we have to pay for the event by the 1st of March. If payment is not received by then you will not be able to attend this event.

Welcome Event

This is a casual event, I personally will be wearing semi formal but your comfort is up to you for this event!

This will be a meet and great as not all of our friends and family members have met yet! We will be eating at Tamu Tamu, it will be a fixed menu with a small entree and some dessert choices. We will also be having another “Ride Mix In” at this event as well. The cost for this event is estimated to also be approximately $125 per person. If you would like to participate in this event we will need you to send payment by Venmo, PayPal, or cash app by February 25th so we can pay for event on March 1st.

This will be an outside ceremony in the morning, so please do not over dress but please wear formal wear.

Reception

11:15 am - 2:00 pm

This is Formal Attire

This will be shortly after Ceremony, this will be a plated meal so please RSVP with your meal choice. We will also have entertainment during the reception. We will not be having a DJ.

Fireworks Dessert Party

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Epcot Parking

We will still be in wedding attire, but if you would be more comfortable changing you are welcome to do so!

There will be a few savory and sweet options to snack on as well as our Disney Wedding Cake! We will also have one last “Ride Mix In” Fingers crossed for a new ride! This event will cost $125 per person to attend this event. As with the other extra events the payment for these events will need to be paid by February 25th so we can pay on March 1st.
