Yes there’s a bit of downtime between the ceremony and the party! Feel free to use that time to check into your hotel, grab a bite, or just relax. Please do not arrive at the venue before the cocktail hour starts at 5 PM, as the venue and bar won’t be open. Arriving early causes delays and disruptions, so we really appreciate your cooperation!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 PM, so we recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We want everyone to be comfortable and ready to enjoy the moment with us!
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hotel 1620 in Plymouth, just about 20 minutes from our venue. To receive the discounted rate, please enter our code "PSWL442" in the “Group Code” field when booking through the hotel’s website. Reservations must be made by November 18, 2025 to take advantage of the discount.
We’ll be providing a shuttle to and from the reception only. The shuttle will depart Hotel 1620 at 4:15 PM and will return guests to the hotel at the end of the night. You're welcome to use the shuttle even if you're not staying at the hotel! Of course, if you prefer to drive, there’s plenty of parking available at the venue.
There will be ample on-site parking available at both the ceremony and reception venues. If you need any help or directions, feel free to reach out!
