They met in a place most people wouldn’t expect: the Grapevine Police Department. It was Jennifer’s first day on the job, and she was being introduced to her new coworkers. When the recruiting officer brought her into the report writing room, there sat Oliver, focused and quiet. They shook hands politely, and that was it… or so Jennifer thought.
