FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jennifer Mitar and Michael Stannard
Frequently Asked Questions:
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We'd love our wedding to be an excuse for a date night, so please plan accordingly! Only family children listed on invitations will be in attendance.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be cocktail attire— suits and ties for men, and cocktail-length, long dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women. We ask that guests avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as: white, ivory, cream, beige, or similar shades.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the 2pm ceremony 15-20 minutes early to find a seat and get settled, and please arrive to the reception venue promptly by 5pm for cocktail hour.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at both the church and the reception venue. Please note that the reception venue is gated and a valid driver’s license will be required for entry.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, invitations are addressed to those invited. If a guest is welcome to bring a date, it will be included on your invitation.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 31, 2026 using the RSVP tab on our website above. You’ll see multiple events listed there, so be sure to respond to each one. **Please be mindful when submitting your RSVPs and only respond 'yes' if you’re sure you will be in attendance.** If we don’t hear from you by January 31, we’ll mark you down as 'unable to attend' and you will be missed!
