Sometimes life and love are not always on a straight path—you could say ours took the scenic route. For us, that journey began long before we met. We grew up just 20 miles apart—Michael in New Jersey, and Jennifer in New York—close enough that we may have unknowingly crossed paths. Maybe we waited in the same line at a concert, rode the same train, or cheered at the same game. But life had other plans for us first. Before we found each other, we lived full and meaningful lives. We experienced love, growth, heartbreak, and everything in between. Most importantly, we have been blessed with 7 amazing children—Katie, Stephanie, Ryan, Mackenzie, Siobhan, Jack, and Taryn—who gave our lives purpose, perspective, and a whole lot of activity and joy. Looking back, the path here seems to have been taking shape all along, just in quiet ways. In how we were raised, in the values we held, the choices we made, and in what we each hoped for in the future. Then, on October 10, 2018, everything shifted for the better. #10/10—the day we met. It was not just a crossing of paths; it was something special. A kind of instant comfort. A sense of “home” that neither of us had felt in a long time. From there, our relationship grew naturally as if it had been waiting patiently for the right time. We laughed a lot, we healed old wounds, and we built new dreams. Together, we blended two lives, two families, and 7 incredible reasons to stay grounded in what truly matters. And now, on October 10, 2025—exactly seven years later—we are honored to be getting married. This wedding is not just a celebration of us—it is a celebration of second chances. Of finding the right person at the right time. We are proof that love arrives when it is meant to be —and that the greatest stories don’t always start at the beginning. Life is a journey of experiences.
