Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the Welcome Dinner and ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from Intercontinental Buckhead for both the Welcome Dinner and Ceremony. Uber and Lyft are also readily available! For Friday Welcome Dinner transportation, buses will depart the Intercontinental lobby at 6:30 pm For Saturday Ceremony transportation, buses will depart the Intercontinental lobby at 5:15 pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the Atlanta History Center; although, we do recommend taking the provided transportation, rideshare, or carpooling.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you will be able to indicate this on your response card.

Are you celebrating a birthday or anniversary on the weekend of May 10th, 2025?

If so, please let us know so we can celebrate you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, kids will not be included unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. If your children are just staying with you at the hotel and you need assistance finding a babysitter, please let Max/Jen know directly.

What if I'm Shomer Shabbat? What can I expect? Will there be a Glatt Kosher option?

Answer

The Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night at Summerour is not walking distance from the Intercontinental (4.5 miles); however, the Wedding on Saturday at the Swan House/Atlanta History Center is about a 20 minute walk from the Intercontinental Hotel (1.2 miles). For those who are Shomer Shabbat, we will have a Glatt Kosher Shabbat dinner set up in the hospitality suite at the Intercontinental Hotel on Friday night and for Saturday Shabbat lunch. We will also have a Glatt Kosher option at the Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding Reception. You will have an opportunity to indicate your preference on your invitation response card.
