When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 11th, so we can have an accurate headcount for our caterer.

Please let us know either by email (WeddingCallahan2024@gmail.com) or when you RSVP. We plan on having good gluten-free and vegetarian options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What will the weather be like?

November in Maine is quite unpredictable. We'll ideally have mid-50s, 60s temperature, but have also experienced 20-30 degree weather in the past couple years.

Are kids welcome?

While children are permitted at our venue, it restricts outside food and drinks, and we may not be able to accommodate young kids' palates (Caterer TBD). Please reach out to for more info so that you can decide. WeddingCallahan2024@gmail.com

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is outdoors in the front of the 100-years-old library, and the reception will be in a historic farmhouse/barn.

Where should I park at the reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking both in front and back of the venue. We ask our able-bodied guests to park in the back.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, and be mindful of where our photographer is working.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

TBD - we're working on securing a hotel block.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

As we are an older couple, we are not setting up a typical registry. The only thing we want are your smiling faces. That said, if you want to contribute somehow, feel free to check out our honeymoon fund (see registry section).
